I started on the MS Recovery Diet on Dec. 10 & my current intention is to do it for ~6 months. (I have SPMS, diagnosed in Jan 2000, 7.0 - 7.5 ESDD) (I have NOT been perfect on the diet, but I have been pretty good 8) - no 'recovery' yet)
As far as 'restaurant' options, I do the following:
* In a fancier restaurant (ie someone else is buying!) there is usually a fish/veggie/rice option.
* At Qdoba, I do a naked poblano pesto burrito with no beans, no cheese, no sour cream. Sometimes I splurge with guac.
* I think the new Taco Fresca at Taco Bell is OK
