Hello, I've been following the diet for about 4 months now and really feel like I'm feeling good results from it. Today was my daughters last day of kindergarten and they had a pizza party. I was having such a good time and was starving, so I had a couple of pieces. Now I'm feeling so guilty. I'm even feeling tingling in my feet, which could just be a side effect of my worrying. Sometimes I miss good food so much! but I'm very desciplined and just focus on something else.
My question is: Have I messed up all the progress and recovery I have acheived up to this point? Am I back at square one? Did I ruin things? I feel like such a failure right now.
Any kind of detox that I can try to flush my system a bit?
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Don't panic, you haven't
Don't panic, you haven't messed up - quite the opposite, you have proven that the diet is working for you. Forget the guilt, the tingling is because you ate something you shouldn't have. The book says excercising and drinking water will help move the allergens out of your body. You havent ruined all your good work, just try not to cheat too often because unless you are very disciplined it is the start of a slippery slope downhill and when you do it all the time the symptoms take over your life again. Just relax, forget about this little indiscretion and put it down to experience!
