Just ignore it and continue to tell us your progress,i know it must be really frustrating to ask a question, and all you get in return is a load of nonsense, surely ANDY 706 must be so tired of advertising his viagra on here!!!!

Interesting isn`t it? How something so simple can put you off!!! I come on everyday, see andy 706 with his viagra and come straight off!! Hats off to Judi though for dealing with it promptly, we must be diligent and route these fakers out, must be frustrating to anyone just starting the diet as they would`nt have a clue what some of the replies were going on about, and probably would`nt bother coming back on here!!
Anyhow rant aside, what can i do to help?, i`m back to being a semi good dieter, but really need to be back to being a 100% dieter!!!! Lets do this!!!!
