Strict Diet Guidelines

Hi everyone I have been following the diet for quite some time now and still seem to be slowly getting worse, however I have had a lot of stress recently, am very thin and seem to have a stubborn candida infection. I recently noticed a reaction following white potates - sugar? so have decided to go very strict with lean protein and non starchy vegetables only. I have been doing this for 4 days and feel much worse, is this a good sign? I am worried about how to maintain my weight. Has anybody any ideas on what might help retain or increase my weight or suggestions on sample diet for a day, I know many of you have had success this route. Any help would be gratefully appreciated, I am finding it all a bit tough right now and desperately need something postive.

Healthy oils (flax seed oil, olive oil)with my vegetables, a handful of nuts every day and a spoonful of honey every other day prevent me from losing any more weight. I also have avocado twice a week. When blended with lemon juice makes a delicious salad sauce and it is quite fattening. Hope this helps.
