On your suggestion, I looked up the Pure Decadence and saw that as delicious as it looks, it is very high in saturated fat. Maybe a half a serving would be ok to eat??
Susie had mentioned mimic creme which is made from cashew and almond milk. It can be made into ice cream as well. You can make your own ice cream and spare yourself some of the sat fat. It has a sugar free sweetened version sweetened with erythritol which is also a low glycemic natural sweetener. It is .5 grams of fat per serving. The other ingredients are as follows:
MimicCreme Sweetened Sugar Free—Purified Water, Erythritol, Almonds, Cashews, Maltodextrin, Dipotassium Phosphate, Tapioca Starch, Guar Gum, Bicarbonate Soda, Salt.
I found an interesting product in my local grovery store called Coconut Milk frozen desert called Pure Decadence made by Turtle Mountain. It's dairy and soy free. Sweetened with Agave Nectar. I tried it and it was delicious. Finally!!!
Thanks for the info on the cakes and goodies. One question: The Babycakes treats look awesome, but most contain fava and garbanzo bean flour - Isn't this considered a legume?
