Stiffness

Has anyone found relief from stiffness following the diet?

Any suggestions to control it would be extremely appreciated.

My stiffness has improved, but not untill i started a regular exercise regime. I use an exercise bike to warm up, then use a vibro plate for gentle stretches. Yoga is also wonderfully
beneficial, for the body and the mind, it`s amazing just how much learning to breathe correctly can make a huge difference. I recently purchased an excellent book by Sam Dworkis, it`s quite an old book, but it`s simple yoga for people who are not as mobile as they`d like to be, and even more remarkable he has ms himself, so he knows his stuff!. it`s called recovery yoga.
