I have vegetable juices and nuts for breakfast. By the way, I wonder if it is healthy to keep vegetable juices in the refrigerat or freezer for 1-2 days. I use 2-3 different kinds of vegetables every day for rotation reasons. The very powerful juicer I have bought recently is able to make up to 1 lt of juice. I have only 200-250 ml of juice every morning and after that I have to clean all the parts of my juicer (while I am usually in a hurry!). Do vitamins go away if I make a juice, say, Monday and keep some for Wednesday? Thanks.

I have been rotating between oatmeal with blueberries, and various cereals that I got from my local health food store, puffed corn, puffed millet. You can also have Rice Chex cereal. I use rice milk on my cereal and throw in a handful of nuts - almonds, walnuts, etc. (just no peanuts!) for added protein. On the weekends, when I have more time, I make potatoes cooked in one of the good oils. I add frozen peppers and onions and either turkey sausage or turkey bacon. If you make alot, you can add the leftovers to your rotation during the week. On occasion, I drink decaf coffee with no ill effects, but I'm not an expert to say its ok!
