I thought that some people would be interested in listening to the following webcast of the advantages of the paleolithic diet and MS. It is fascinating and lends support to what we are all trying to accomplish. It is quite technical but still very interesting.

Also, I'm still having trouble finding a good Fish Oil without some form of soy. I was told by a reputable company that most fish oil has soy used as a stabilizer for the Vitamin E and that it is a soy derivative which should be o.k. I would appreciate a good lead for a fish oil without soy or some info from Judi or Ann that the soy derivative is o.k. I am only taking one capsule a day.
Thanks!
I too am new on the diet and
I too am new on the diet and am hoping for some results. I find it difficult but doable for myself, but I also have a family to feed and finding it hard to create one meal that will satisfy all. I have been diagnosed for almost 17 years and am in a secondary progressive stage. My history of taking immune modulators, Novantrone etc. very much has followed Judi's path, so I am hoping that my recovery will follow hers as well.
I watched the video several times on the paleo diet and found it facinating.Being somewhat of a science geek myself, I appreciated the science that backed some of the anecdotal information that is out there. I am wondering about the problem with the tomato lectins and whether this is yet another food that needs to be eliminated from our diets. I have not done the ELISA test for the potential food allergens. Is there a specific panel that most have had the best success with? There is a lab in FLA. called SAGE which seems to have a pretty comprehensive panel and tests for both IgG and immune complexes. Has anyone out there used them?
I know I have asked many questions here, so if someone out there would like to address any or all of my questions I would appreciate hearing from you.
Stefanie, Thanks so much for

Hi Stephanie. Forgot to mention i use most products by Higher Nature. I am uk based, so not sure if you can find a US based supplyer ( presuming you are in the US!!! ) but they do a great range of supplements and the majority are free of all the things we need to avoid, even their fish oil capsules. Hope this helps.
