I don't think there is a certain amount that you can prescribe, it depends on what else you're eating. I try to limit my daily fat intake to 50 grams and my saturated fat to under 15 grams. I don't so much limit my protein as I try to keep under these fat goals and avoid the foods that seem to trigger symptoms for me.
