Eye Witness Story

I have known my friend Ann Sawyer for 23 years. She is an adventurer, energetic, creative and loving. She always has a project. She's interested in learning whatever she can about the people and things that surround her. She is one of the people you would describe as having a "zest for living". So, when she was diagnosed with MS, I felt devastated for her. I knew that the debilitating symptoms that can accompany this horrible disease would literally be a death sentence for Ann's spirit. Afterall, Ann is about LIVING!

I should not have been surprised that Ann would take on the road to MS recovery as her new challenge. I have watched her LIVE even more. Ann was not always the physically fit, svelte lady that she is today. Naturally, Ann has again taken a negative and turned it into a positive. She started her investigation enthusiastically and ran with her findings. She changed the way she ate. The MS Diet worked! She started losing the numbness in her feet and legs. She started to lose weight and now she's a trim beauty that swims, bikes, hikes, dances becasue even with MS she has become the healthiest person I know. Who would have thought a tragic diagnosis could have such positive benefits to one's life?

Read this book! Whether you are healthy, fit, overweight, diagnosed with MS or any other disease, you will find a benefit beyond your hopes. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to know that my friend will be around for me to know for a very long time.
