Breakfast Ideas

I wish I could say I'm as creative as Jason and Stefani have been, but I generally eat Organic Puffed Corn or Rice Cereal with Rice Milk, usually with some kind of berries. It is worth noting that I've looked into the Almond milk and it always contains Soy Lecithin, which you can avoid with the Rice Milk. I also eat Cream of Buckwheat or Cream of Rice Cereal (with agave syrup). I sometimes have a smoothies which is basically a bunch of fruit blended together. I try not to each too large a quantity of nuts because of the fat content, but Jason's "muffin" recipe looks very good. Finally, I don't want to push any product or that (and I have absolutely no financial interest in this one), but I've come to use almost daily The Ultimate Meal mix (www.ultimatelife.com) as a meal substitute or even as a snack. It is completely allergen free and when mixed with bananas and berries, tastes good.

On a side note, I was hoping to reply to past posts rather than create a new "topic" but I can't seem to do it. I too am glad to see much more activity on this forum since I joined several months ago. It would be great to be able to create a topic and then have all the replies as actual replies in a thread rather than each one a entirely new thing. That way, anyone could review each topic and all the related replies. Just a suggestion.
