At some point in your book, I seem to recall a reference to dietary enzymes as helpful. I asked Jigsaw Health about the ingredients in their enzymes and received this answer. Can Judi or Ann give us an opinion on their safety for those of us on the diet? it seems that the enzymes are meant to address the very problems those of us with MS have, namely food sensitivity. Has anyone found a good brand?

media of some of the enzymes in the formula. This media is either
consumed during fermentation or removed by purification. As a result, it
is the position of ETA that the soy used in the growth media does not
fall within the scope of FALCPA and does not need to be labeled."
