I've been on the diet for eight months. Sometimes the bottoms of my feet and/or toes feel "fuzzy" or I get a headache when I've eaten a trigger food.I'm still learning and adjusting as well. After stopping everything at once, I felt crummy for awhile, but now feel good most days and am grateful for this diet and plan to continue forever.
As far as sleep goes, I wear an eye mask, sleep with a fan and a sound machine. That's because I work the night shift 4-5 nights a week as a nurse.
