This diet is amazing! Having witnessed my valiant friend Judi and her odyssey with MS for over twenty years, to see her now after being on this diet, definitely borders on the miraculous. Judi's indomitable spirit has kept her afloat through many years of being severely compromised and at times almost completely bedridden. She tried many different modalities from allopathic medicine to homeopathic medicine and much in between, sometimes with small improvements, but none very long lasting.
This is the first time she has consistently felt better and she keeps on improving all the time. Her vibrancy which I remember well, is very much back again! And now, in her inimitably inspired and knowledgeable way, accompanied by her new found energy, she is sharing all of this with others. What a blessing!
