probiotics suggestion

See if you can find probiotic pearls. They are dairy free and are taken once a day. They do contain soy lecithin however, so if legumes are a problem for you these will not be good. As I understand it the Pearls bypass the stomach and dissolve directly in the intestinal tract. Also, you can look up Ann's kefir recipe with green coconut water (not coconut milk) in a past blog, that also supplies the appropriate flora and faun for healthy digestion with no soy or dairy involved.

Sorry, that's

Sorry, that's Culturelle..............

Culurelle is the probiotic I

Culurelle is the probiotic I use. It was recommended by a nutitionist. Seems to keep the bugs away for me. You might want to look into it. They sell it at the Vitamin Shoppes.

Florastor is another

Florastor is another probiotic that might be worth looking into. It is gluten free/wheat free and essentially dairy free.
